Who the hell is Aditya Thackeray???

Who the hell is Adiya Thackeray?? Wait, I think the name rings a bell... is he related to Bal Thackeray?? And Raj Thackeray?? Well he has to be..the way his henchmen have handled a respected old lady principal of Hinduja College. It runs in the family..isn't it. The pseudo pride, display of political clout and disrespect for freedom of expression.

I am appalled at the insecurity he has. Is it a serious identity crisis or a dented ego? Is it a opportunity used for creating an unnecessary stir to get some media mileage? Sorry to say Aditya you have let me down. You have let many others down who thought of you as a probable young leader. Let me tell you that you have not achieved anything thus far, other than the famous surname. As Aditya no one knows you or recogenises you. You are a no body. I know that you like any other youngster want to be somebody but piggybacking your henchmen you will end up no where.

If at all you wanted, you would have not paid heed to such an issue and would have given a shut up call to your Yuva Sena and told them to concentrate on more constructive nation building events. But nah..you the famous Thackerays.. won't spare an opportunity to stir a storm in a tea cup.. like always. But politics aise toh chalti hai... hai na beta?

I don't care what has happened in the past but you Adiya, you can dare to be different. Gather some courage and go and say sorry to Chitra Natrajan, who is old enough to be your mother. You can bring about a change... change the way your party works. The new world is not stupid and forgiving and subservient as it was in the times of your grand dad. No one can bulldoze their way in the present times or someone will steer the bulldozer over them. I hope you can understand.

Ashleela???? Ramleela

Just came back after watching #Ramleela. Sanjay Leela Bhansali's trademark styled elaborate sets create drama.. well, looks like he has recycled few from his earlier films. The tone of the film is very confusing..Gujarati or Hindi..modern or ancient. There is a Devdas hangover with Bengali Dhoona and DurgaPuja kind of festivities in rural Gujarat. Yes I spotted some Chhau dancers of Odisha as well..

Hanji, its a story of a progressive, sexy, despo Gujarati damsel who is seeking 'love'...from a hot bod hero who shows off his six packs to all the drooling Rajadi n Sanadi women. The Gujarati cholis look lovely I must say and so do the tattoos and the film has showcased it well. Even on Deepika... surprise! surprise!! In fact if the hero was called Ash the movie would have lived up to its name "ASHLEELA".  I did read some thanks for some adaptation from Shakespare's Romeo n Juliet. Sorry...well I want to say that sorry to Shakespare.. :( Sob sob... I think, I saw him crying in one frame of the movie...

Interestingly, this place in Gujarat has unlimited stock of bullets like Wasseypur. Men n women n those in between.... everyone expresses their emotion through bullets..love, happiness, frustration, anger, excitement... Police does not know of it. Army does not know of it. Forget it... its a fiction. But what the hell was entertaining???? I don't know of it either.. hahaha..

P.S: Don't go by the name Ramleela or UA certificate and take your kids along. This movie won't serve any purpose even if it means imparting some sex-education. One of my daughter's friends saw the movie and said it was 'Porn"... poor child.. I can imagine her state.

Warning:  It's a movie for people fond of Pop-porn not just pop-corn... so enter at your on risk. The star ratings and revenue figures are no guarantee of a good film.
